Dr Katherine Maxwell is a climate consultant and author with over fifteen years’ experience advising cities and organisations on decarbonisation, resilience and climate finance. She has held senior roles at C40 Cities, Sweco and WSP, supporting municipalities across the Global South and beyond. She holds a DPhil from Oxford, and is the author of Governance Networks for Sustainable Cities (Routledge, 2023). Katherine is currently an Associate at Arup, Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford and a Guest Lecturer & Module Lead at Yale University.
